About us

After spending many years in London, we finally made the decision to move our family to the countryside.

We chose to settle in the picturesque Suffolk/Norfolk border, captivated by the charm of The Old Manse.

Within the first few months at The Manse, we were overwhelmed by the abundance of apples and pears from the orchard.

Determined not to waste any of the good fruit, we began making jam, jellies and preserves.We're proud of creating fuss-free products using local produce.

Recently, we started making 'dulce de leche', a caramel spread made out of raw milk from our local dairy. Our dulce de leche is very popular with grownups and children alike.

Although we've only starting out, we're in the process of recipe development to bring new exciting flavour combinations to your table so, watch this space! and follow us on instagram.
